1. How do you start Ms Access?

-On the PC, select Start, Programs, and Microsoft Access from the Start list Double-click on the icon of any Access database. When you double-click an Access database, Access opens with the database already loaded.

-Tables, queries, forms, pages, reports, modules and macros.

3. What is the keyboard shortcut to exit Ms Access?

-The keyboard shortcut to exit Ms Access is ALT F4.

5. What is the purpose of office assistant?

-For me, the purpose of the office assistant is to help you in using Ms Access. It propose better ideas if you want your work to be better. And it also tills you if you make wrong moves.
