In importing files from Excel to Access.Go to right click,click to import. After clicking change the Files of type from Microsoft Office Access to Microsoft Office Excel. Then,click the file you want to import.After that, click import. The Import Spreadsheet Wizard will show up..Just click next until it is finish.
